Sinus Infections

I am on allergy shots and for the past 2 years keep getting sinus infections and bronchitis. I have mild asthma. I took 3 rounds of antibiotics and now they think it is a virus. I seem to get sick a lot. What can I do???? Thanks.

Thanks for your question. Firstly, please follow a good professional health practitioner's advice at all times. This information is of a general nature only.

There are many essential oils that can support you while you are experiencing the symptoms you describe above.

Some suggested essential oils for sinus infection include Peppermint essential oil, RC*, Eucalyptus radiata, Ravansara and Thieves*.

For bronchitis I would suggest Myrtle, Thieves*,and RC*. There is a wonderful recipe blend in the Essential Oils Desk Reference. The blend uses wintergreen, myrrh, clove and ravensara for bronchitis.

Also, it sounds like your immunity has really taken a battering! Building your immunity would be a great place to start and I would suggest you might like to try some Ning Xia Red.
