Winter Warmer Hot Chocolate

- 1 cup of your favorite milk
- 1 tbl raw cacao powder
- 1 drop cinnamon essential oil
- 1 drop clove essential oil
- 2 drops orange essential oil
- Honey or agave to taste
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Warm milk and cacao in a pan, then add honey and essential oils and the pinch of cayenne.

To make this recipe vegan (all plant-based) use almond or coconut milk and agave instead of honey.
You can also use a "toothpick swirl" of essential oils for a more subtle taste. Dip a toothpick into the essential oil bottle, then swirl through the warmed milk. Enjoy!
