My partner doesn't snore (I consider myself lucky!) but recently I had a client who was having a Raindrop Technique and fell asleep. He started snoring! So I had my case of essential oils and all I needed to do was find some suitable essential oils for snoring.
After adding a few oils I decided to put thyme essential oil at the base of the big toe. Traditional reflexology charts describe this spot as the reflex for the neck area.
