Gratitude isn't always a natural feeling, sometimes we have to create space for it. Use an uplifting essential oil like Orange or Lavender in a diffuser and take three slow breaths.

When you're feeling on edge or reactive, a grounding oil like Black Spruce or Patchouli can help settle your nervous system. Apply to the back of your neck and take a short walk, even if it’s just outside for a moment.

When your thoughts are spiralling or you’re overwhelmed, oils like Rosemary or Bergamot can help lift mental fog and gently support your mood. Place a drop in your palms, rub them together and inhale deeply.

4. Anchor Your Day
Using essential oils consistently is the secret. You don’t need a big ritual. A simple morning application or a moment to pause and breathe midday can shift the whole tone of your day.

Try This Daily Practice:
Choose one oil to be your scent anchor. Apply it in the same spot each morning (e.g. wrist, neck or heart space) and set an intention. Even something as simple as “I choose calm” or “I’m open to abundance” creates a shift.
