If you are at your wits end and are willing to try essential oils for snoring I have good news for you. I have a secret oil for you to use and I have seen it work with my own eyes!

My partner doesn't snore (I consider myself lucky!) but recently I had a client who was having a Raindrop Technique and fell asleep. He started snoring! So I had my case of essential oils and all I needed to do was find some suitable essential oils for snoring.

After adding a few oils I decided to put thyme essential oil at the base of the big toe. Traditional reflexology charts describe this spot as the reflex for the neck area. Within a few minutes the snoring stopped. Of course, I used therapeutic grade essential oil. I wouldn't risk using anything else.

Other oils that have a reputation for helping snoring are:

  • Golden Rod essential oil
  • Cedarwood essential oil
  • Marjoram essential oil

Sleeping (Insomnia)

I have so many clients who have difficulty sleeping. Many of them now use therapeutic grade essential oils with astounding results! The single oils that have best results are:

  • Lavender essential oil
  • Roman chamomile essential oil
  • Valerian essential oil

There is so much you can learn from your dreams. Some essential oils to use when you need to find out what is blocking your waking life:

I like to put essential oils on the soles of my feet as they rapidly absorb into the bloodstream and the rest of the body in a very short time. The soles of the feet are the most permeable part of the body!
